The Story

In 2025 we flew from Madrid to Queens to take on BagelFest — the biggest bagel competition on the planet — against the best shops from New York, Canada and Europe. We came home with 3rd place in the world, Best International: the top result of any bagel shop in Spain. Total madness. And it’s only the beginning.
